Topper is a special vinyl that is placed “on top” of a blind box. You know what the topper will be but not what is in the box. Toppers are pretty cool in the Park series. Not so much in the Urbans. Variants are styled off of one of the Vinylmations in the series but changed either in color or similar notion. It’s rare like a chaser.
