It still shows available on the website, but when I try to add it to my cart to check out, this pops up in red “The product you have selected cannot be purchased at this time.” Doesn’t show it as Sold Out. Hmmm???
I stay up and still didnt get it, I tried 2 times before check out stupid DS.com website showed error page. On the third time it showed sold out. Just cant believe this crap happen to me, I was up whole night (from 11pm to 4am) and didnt even get 1
Does anyone know the approximate time Disney updates their online store? I recently starting collecting and would like a decent shot at getting the online exclusives!

I hope everyone knows that calls where made to ds.com and this was a glitch in the system, it did an automatic update. Check the status of your order when you click on the link and if your order status says closed that means it will not ship.
When is Disney going to get DS.com straight? They are making soooo many people mad in a couple of bonehead moves that could easily be fixed with the right IT peoples. It took years and years to build the Disney brand and one small subsidiary is messing things up. Wow.
Did you happen to ask to see if the Park Starz Squid and Sweater Figment were going on sale tonight?
You would think with the money they have they could update their whole ordering process. The Park Starz squid is to be released tonight, and rumor is that Figment as well. I guess you will have to stay up to find out. I was UP last night so I am passing on the starz!
My order status showed CLOSED… I guess I am not going to get my Vinylmation UP… I am so pissed off at Disney right now…. how can you allow people do multiple purchase (ship to different households) and not let people only want purchase 1 to have a chance to own it… this is just mess up!!! Those greedy ebay sellers who did multiple purchasing on UP already post it online for $100+…. Disney need take responsible for their stupidity!!!

I was very disappointed too I was up at 400 a on the 12th they were gone. I can’t believe they allow more than 2sets when they have a limited amount! I knew about them thanks to vinylmation kingdom but still missed them very disappointing. Sent them an email saying so.

That’s usually what it says when it runs out but hasn’t been changed to SOLD OUT. (That’s been my experience anyway.)
They have more that they will put out later, but it’s doubtful. We will see.

I just happened to go onto disneystore.com did a search for “Ellie” and it came up with add to cart. Looks like not everyone from Comic Con bought them. So excited I was able to get one!
