Have they changed the 9 inch mold too?
Look at this pic and tell me if this is a new 9 inch mold. At the very least it has two right arms. But I see no nose, no eyes, no buttons. Xero is gonna die.
EDIT: We’ve finally decided this is a Thanksgiving themed 9 inch. Look at the turkey on the shirt, the glazed over tryptophan stair.

I think it is. Look at the plush toy thing next to it on its right (the left side of the pic). You can see a plush toy price tag that’s in comparable size to the vinyl. Goodness, gracious.

Personally, I think the new 9 inch mold looks better than the new 3 inch, but I still don’t see why they have done this.
My days of collecting vinyl are truly at an end now, wipes away tear, no new vinyl for me. Looks like trolling eBay for old mold vinyl to complete early sets. Sigh… Sad day in the world of vinyl collecting.

I agree with the Overeating theme. I thought of that as well. But this is a design that whomever the artist is should be ashamed of themselves. I mean, what would Walt think?
Disney, you guys are just being plain LAZY!!!!!!! Stop being so money hungry and making these silly vinylmations faster than you know what to do with them…..because obviously, YOU DON’T!! Ruining the 3″ vinyl is bad enough, but now you have ruined the 9″ mold too. The OLD molds on both sizes slowed the artists down and made them think about their artistic touch to the vinyls instead of how many designs can I get out before lunch. That’s what it looks like to a WHOLE bunch of us collectors.
I agree with Xero, whoever designed the fat guy AND whoever approved it would make Walt loose his lunch and fire them ON THE SPOT! Where’s the case of empty beer bottle accessory that comes with the 9″? Or is it a pile of turkey bones?
I won’t stop collecting 9″ vinyls on the new mold like I have the 3″ New mold vinyls. Basically, I won’t stop because I never started. I was seriously thinking about it, but no need to now!!

I cant believe they are doing this. I didn’t want to collect the 9″ figures but that will be all I can collect. I will be able to collect all the old mold 3″ and 9″ now. We all can show Disney by stop purchasing new releases. Yes they are putting out vinyls at a record pace and who can keep up? The quality is going down. Look at the chasers that been coming out lately. They are some of the worst designs. There is no thought that goes into the vinyls anymore. The artwork looks as if they are thrown together without any consideration for the fans.
