Arr, Cap’n Jack Be Sailing This Way!

Quick update tonight while I finish my master’s thesis. The Vinylmation Blog released the following image today and what a photo it is!

None other than Captain Jack Sparrow is now confirmed for the Pirates of the Caribbean set. Honestly, how could he not be? We now have confirmed: Captain Jack Sparrow, The Dirty Foot Pirate, A tied up pirate in line to be dunked, the “show em your larboard side” wench, a new pirate helmsman , Patch the Pirate and the “hook-handed” pirate next to Captain Jack in the above photo!

What are your thoughts on this release? At first I was excited but something about the new mold design is making me not like these as much. They all look a wee bit portly. What say you?
